St. Anthony High School provides a variety of academic scholarships as well as financial aid to incoming freshmen students based on academic track record, test scores, character and demonstrated need for financial assistance.
Incoming freshmen students who apply and are selected may qualify for academic scholarships at a variety of levels.
Students who qualify for one of the awards below will be notified by SAHS after scores have been received.
President’s Scholar Award
$3,000 tuition assistance is renewable each year as long as eligibility is maintained
• Score in the 98th percentile or better on the HSPT
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 each year
• Maintain good conduct
• Contribute positively to student life through service and involvement
• Remain current in payment of fees and tuition balance
• Fulfill yearly parent fundraising and service hour requirements
• Complete SAHS tuition assistance packet
Any President’s Scholar who does not meet these requirements, in any of the four years of attendance at St. Anthony High School, may forfeit his or her academic scholarship. Once a warning is issued, the student has one semester to improve his or her GPA to the required level.
Academic Scholarships in various amounts may be awarded to individual students who have a 3.0 or better GPA and whose entrance exam test score is at minimum in the 90th percentile. The Scholarship Selection Committee carefully reviews application statements and letters of recommendation, as well as the need for financial assistance in considering these award recipients. Students who do not maintain a 3.0 or better GPA at St. Anthony or who do not maintain good conduct or other obligations to keep them in good standing may forfeit their Merit Scholarship. Once test scores are received by SAHS, qualified students will be invited to apply for this scholarship.
SAHS offers a one-time $500 Legacy Scholarship to incoming Freshman upon admission. Legacy relatives include grandfather, grandmother, father, mother and siblings who have graduated from St. Anthony High School. The award will be managed through the FACTS Grant and Aid (Tuition Assistance) application process and will be listed on the incoming Freshman's Tuition Letter which will be available after March 15th, 2020. Applicants who do not receive Tuition Assistance should send a letter to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the Legacy Member and year of graduation. Please include your maiden name, if appropriate.
