Principal's Message

It is my pleasure to welcome you to St. Anthony High School, home of the SAINTS! In 1920, the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary opened the doors to the only Catholic high school in Long Beach. From that day forward, 100 years and counting, St. Anthony High School has been educating learners, leaders and SAINTS!

If you are an alumni or current parent, I welcome you home and I thank you for your continued support! If you are considering St. Anthony High School, I am confident you will fall in love with our community!

As the Principal here at St. Anthony High School, I am excited to lead a school that is rich in its tradition, culture and academic excellence. SAHS is a faith-based community where students experience an environment that is nurturing, academically challenging and faith-filled. Our rigorous academic curriculum centers on Project-Based Learning that helps prepare our young men and women for college, career and most importantly, heaven. Small class sizes also allow our highly qualified faculty to personalize lessons to meet the needs of different types of learners.

We look forward to a great 2021-2022 school year and I invite you to visit our campus and events to get a true sense and feel of this community. Although this school year will be unlike any other that preceded it, it will be filled with the spirit and “can do” attitude that is St. Anthony High School. As we do everything at St. Anthony High School, this year will be filled with faith, hope, and love!

We are grateful that you have chosen or are considering choosing our SAHS community. Thank you for supporting the ministry of Catholic education and I look forward to working with you and your family. Please feel free to explore the website and discover all the great opportunities SAHS has to offer!
