This past weekend, a second group of SAHS student divers completed the second phase of their open water certification program. All 12 in the program finished all of the required skills in the pool at Deep Blue SCUBA and Swim Center. Deep Blue is a community partner and sponsors our students with reduced prices and free rentals when Saints participate in underwater cleanups. This is the third year Deep Blue has done so. The open water phase -- and last for certification -- will be on the weekend of 23 and 24 November. Students will then make 4 ocean dives and officially become certified divers.
