Attached you will find a word document labeled chapter notes and a link for a site to read The Great Gatsby online for free.
Over the break you will need to do at least 1 set of Chapter Notes for each of the 6 chapters you will read. There will be no chance to make up these notes or turn them in beyond the April 12 (our first day back from break).
You have two ways of doing these notes, you can print out copies of the chapter notes or you can type right into the document and email them to me at [email protected] as an attachment as you complete them over the break. I have no preference as to which method you choose but if you could save some trees in the process, why not right?
You are more than welcome to purchase your own copy of F. Scott Fitzgerald's great American classic at Barnes and Noble for $5.95 and donate the book back to the school at the end of the year for extra credit and some service hours ( this policy is the same for all books that I asked you to buy on your own this year).
