Wednesday, NOV 4, 3-7PM at Cabrillo High School, 2001 Santa Fe Ave, LB
Thursday, NOV 5, 3-7PM at Jordan High School, 6500 Atlantic Ave, LB
• These clinics are for any child between the ages of 3 and 18 who attends any school (private or public) in Long Beach
• Student(s) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Students with asthma, diabetes and/or other medical conditions are especially encouraged to attend
• Vaccine is limited and available only while supply lasts
