St. Anthony High School & Junior League Team Up for Whale of a Sale

Junior League of Long Beach partners with St. Anthony High School to bring the Paula Workman Whale of a Sale to downtown Long Beach on Saturday March 31st.
Looking for the best garage sale? A Long Beach tradition for more than half a century, the Junior League of Long Beach’s Annual Paula Workman Whale of a Sale is coming back to Downtown Long Beach to the St. Anthony College Preparatory High School Jack Errion Memorial Gymnasium on Saturday, March 31, 2007.
Since 1951, the Junior League of Long Beach has hosted their Rummage Sale to serve the greater Long Beach community by making quality, used clothing and household goods available at bargain prices. 10% of the proceeds will be donated to St. Anthony High School’s Scholarship Program. Items that are not sold will be donated to area non-profit organizations that serve the local community. Whether you donate items that could benefit others or attend the sale to find that elusive treasure, everybody will win. Doors open the morning of March 31st at 7:00 am and will close at 1:00 pm.
