Team Roster | Awards | Game Summary
The 2006 season has been on of highs and lows, sparkling offensive and defensive plays. Finishing off the 2005 campaign at 7-4 expectations were high and the momentum was behind the team. 2006 was a year of changes: the graduations of a few key seniors and the CIF realigned the Southern Section and moved the Saints to a new league, Santa Fe.
After starting the season with a road loss to Cantwell, the Saints followed with two wins in their next three games bring their record to an even 3-3 mark. From there the season went on a roller coaster ride. We were shutout out by Western Christian for our first home loss of the year and then we opened league play and never really got back on track. When our offense was hot, our defense was not and visa versa.
With one game left against the 5-3 Salesian Mustangs in LA, the Saint team has its work cut out for them. If both the offense and defense bring their "A" games, the Saints can end the year on a winning note. GO SAINTS!
