On 9-11 of 2012, the students of SAHS paid tribute to the fallen victims of the attack upon the World Trade Center in New York by placing red, white, and blue ribbons on the fence on campus. Each ribbon had the name of one of the victims on it. The students said a prayer as they tied the ribbons onto the fence.
