Academics at St. Anthony College Preparatory High School
- When asked how much educated men were superior to those uneducated, Aristotle answered, "As much as the living are to the dead." ~ Diogenes Laertius (fl. 2nd century).

The St. Anthony College Preparatory High School Class of 2006 will attend 18 colleges and universities in four states. 100% of the Class graduated and 90% plan to attend college. Proof positive that our system prepares students for college and gets them there. See the most popular Colleges and Universities.
The Academic program at St. Anthony College Preparatory High School is one of the cornerstones of our existence. We exist to provide our students a whole person college preparatory education.
High School education is a partnership between the School, the Student, and the Parents. Each must do their part in the process to maximize the student's educational and social opportunities while attending St Anthony College Preparatory High School. That is one of the reasons that we are fully accredited by the WASC
One of the first things that the student and parents should do each year is get a copy of the Parent/Student Handbook on Academic Policies and Practices (pdf). This provides you with the foundational policy and practice information for the school year along with the event calendar and so much more.
Secondly, become involved with the School. Proverb 27:17 begins "Iron sharpens iron..." and holds true with education as well. Each of us needs to be a part of the solution: the School needs to deliver a top quality college preparatory course work and provide excellent teachers and instructors; the student needs to attend class, participate in the course work (in class and keep up with their homework), study, and take time to get involved with and support some (not all) of the many campus activities, clubs, and sporting events; and finally, parents need to support their student(s) and participate in PEP and one or more of the ways outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook. Take it upon yourself to step up and pitch in.
When everyone does their part, the entire St. Anthony family is strengthened.
To whom much is given, much is expected.
