FNA Cinema Production Project
Grade: 9, 10, 11, 12 One year
Prerequisite: permission of the instructor.
This course is designed for the beginning film student, or the experienced film enthusiast. Students will learn about the history of filmmaking as well as learning how to create and shoot their own films.
FNA 510 Music
Grade: 9, 10, 11, 12 One year
In this course, students will be taught the fundamental concepts of music, musicianship, and music history. In addition, students will learn how these concepts are related to music performance as well as the historical climate of the time period. There will be a strong emphasis placed on music performance.
FNA 107 Visual Art
Grade: 9 One year; meets CSU/UC “f” requirement
This is an introductory course designed to introduce students to the basic elements of art and design through a related series of simple projects and tasks.
FNA 507 Exploring Art
Grade: 10, 11, 12 One year; meets CSU/UC “f” requirement
This is a beginning/intermediate course in which students will explore the basics of art at a more sophisticated level than a beginner class. Students complete major multi-task, long term projects over the course of the year.
